When Should I RSVP?


We kindly request that all guests rsvp by MM/DD/YYYY to allow us to make necessary arrangements for our special day. After this date, we regretfully cannot accommodate any last minute additions. While we will miss having you at our celebration, we sincerely appreciate your consideration and would be delighted to celebrate with on another occasion in the future.

Can I Bring A Guest?


While we would love to include everyone in our celebration, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation due to our limited seating arrangements with our venue. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I Bring My Kids?


While we adore your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair. The only exception is our ring bearer and flower girl, who will be joining us for the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and looking forward to celebrating with you!


In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to attend our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!


Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only evening. Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home.

What Is The Attire For The Wedding?


White-Tie

White-tie. We ask that men wear tailcoats and women wear floor-length evening gowns or ball gowns. Top hats and gloves are encouraged.



Black Tie

Black-Tie: We request that men wear a tuxedo and women wear a floor-length gown.


Black Tie Optional

Black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress.


Formal Attire

Formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.


Cocktail Attire

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates."


Semi-Formal Attire

Semi-Formal: We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.


Dressy Casual Attire

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Women: Sundresses & light weight separates. Flats or wedge heels recommended for the outdoor ceremony.

Men: Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.


Beach Casual Attire

May we suggest that men wear a long or short-sleeved shirt with slacks or shorts and ladies wear a sundress or dressy separates, like a nice top and skirt. Instead of heels, wear a pair of strappy or platform sandals.


Daytime Attire

Our wedding will be taking place outdoors in the grass. May we suggest sundresses and sandals for women and button-down shirts with pants for men. Please, no athletic wear.


Optional Add On: (if venue allows)

We can't wait to celebrate with you on the dance floor! All guests are welcome to bring a pair of sneakers/comfortable shoes so we can dance the night away!

Will There Be Transportation?


We will be providing round-trip shuttle transportation for all guests from our designated hotel(s) to our ceremony & reception venues. Please visit our Travel Page for more information on location and departure times.

I'm Coming From Out Of Town/State, Where Should I Stay?


A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate at (HOTEL). Please visit our Travel Page for more information on our designated hotels and reserve your room asap!

What Time Should I Arrive?


We suggest arriving at the ceremony venue approximately 30 minutes before our scheduled start time. This will allow you to choose your preferred seat with the perfect view of the celebration.

Can I Take Photos/Videos During The Ceremony?


We're going "unplugged"! We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and turned to silent/off during our ceremony. We have a hired a great team of photographers and videographers to capture our commitments to each other and promise to share all the media with you when we receive them.


Optional Add On:

Before our official exchange of vows, our officiant will inform you of a designated time for you to capture as many pictures/videos of us as you like.

Will There Be An Open Bar?


Absolutely! We've got the drinks covered for the night, but the hangover is on you. Just remember to enjoy responsibly and make sure you have a plan for a safe journey home!

Will There Be A Cash Bar?


We can’t wait to celebrate with you and host you for dinner. We have chosen a cash bar, so please bring cash or a credit card to enjoy bar service.

What If I'm Running Late To The Ceremony?


We kindly request that all guests arrive on time as our ceremony will commence promptly at 00:00. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ceremony, we kindly ask latecomers to join us at the formal reception after our official "I Do's"
